Traveling through worlds in such a guise wasn’t easy, for you were an immediate suspect, unless you managed to find a crowd to disappear in, or even better if the spare shadow. In this world however, he hoped his camouflage would hold, for there was a familiar light nearby.
"Sora…" came the low mutter. It had been quite some time since he had seen the brunet… but could he really chance the spare glance?
This world was like so many others, heartless running about, the occasional nobody popping up with them, and the hope that Riku might be there. He was sure he was closer to finding his friend. Granted the bubbly brunette was always sure that he wasn’t too far off from his friend.
"Where are you…" he muttered to himself, taking in his surroundings.
"What…………..the………" Hope froze, there, in the middle of the grocery store, eyes wide in fear.
Had that really just happened? A stinging sensation confirmed what had become his worst thoughts as he slowly turned, peering over his shoulder.
A brunet stood, a grin plastered across his face; he looked so pleased with himself in Hope’s mortification as a mother with an infant walked by, glaring disapprovingly. A crimson glow crept its way up his cheeks, searing the back of his neck while angrily overtaking the pale skin of his ears.
"Why…….would you do that?"
His eyes filled with tears as an overwhelming sense of shame overshadowed his embarrassment.
"YOU WOULD JUST WALK AROUND AND WANTONLY DO THIS TO YOUR FRIENDS, AS WELL?!"
Hope’s mortification slowly melted long enough for him to get angry. He wanted to swing his fists, throw cans. How dare the boy even THINK about doing something like that, let alone in public! Let alone to a complete and utter stranger!
"You deserve to be taught a lesson!"
Deftly, his hand swooped in to grab the boy’s forearm, spin him around, and land a deafening
right against his bottom.
He shook out his hand, stinging pleasantly from the swift justice he’d so reasonably served.
"How does that feel?!"
Sora was distraught. The boy seemed so mortified, then murderously angry. He really wanted to apologize in a more effective manner but words had escaped him.
And then before he knew what was going on the world was a blur, he was facing a different direction than before, and his backside was stinging.
Sora slowly turned to look over his shoulder, revealing an expression of disbelief. “Did … did you really just… did you exact vengeance on my booty??”
Sora couldn’t tell if he was even more embarrassed or slightly impressed.
Riku first showed him how to hold the Guitar by doing it himself.
"Right then Sora, this is how you hold the Guitar."
After he was sure Sora had a good look he held it out to him.
Sora rolled his eyes at first. He couldn’t imagine the instrument would be too difficult to manage. But when the brunette took the guitar he was surprised. The body was a lot bigger than it looked and it feltawkward in his arms. Once he managed to get it positioned properly and somewhat comfortably he looked at the other.
